Name change and credit removal

Hi - I have tried three times to change the name of one of an actor in my film to his preferred stage name, but the request isn’t being processed. The actor’s name is Jud Ridout - he wants to use his preferred stage name of Bud Ridout. He also would like to be uncredited for a short film he worked on over 20 years ago called Xiagra, but that request isn’t being processed either. Can you help me action both of these requests?
