Name change and credit removal

Hi - I have tried three times to change the name of one of an actor in my film to his preferred stage name, but the request isn’t being processed. The actor’s name is Jud Ridout - he wants to use his preferred stage name of Bud Ridout. He also would like to be uncredited for a short film he worked on over 20 years ago called Xiagra, but that request isn’t being processed either. Can you help me action both of these requests?

Gadzooks: I don't see the problem. Bud Ridout already has a page under that name at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1644844/ . Regarding "Xiagra", I found the film at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7ZidH9ByGc and it appears that Ridout should be credited, but not as the composer. Rather, he should have a Cast credit as Announcer (voice) (as Jud Ridout) and a Sound credit for audio/foley (as Jud Ridout).

It looks like IMDb finally processed the name change request - it just took several days. As for Xiagra, what he'd like is to be uncredited in IMDb for his participation in that short, but despite submitting the requests to remove him nothing has happened. I'm not clear why that wouldn't be an acceptable change - any thoughts?

@gadzooksproductions- As per the link gromit82 shared this person is credited so just as gromit82 mentioned, he should be credited but under the Cast and Sound sections. You can submit the corrections for these instead as gromit82 suggested above as well.

So it's not possible to remove someone from the IMDb credits for a film? That's what he'd like for Xiagra.
