My user reviews seems to keep getting deleted. No idea why

I recently queried about deletion of my reviews which was answered and reinstated by @Michelle

However it seems to have been deleted again? If someone could look into the probable cause.

Hi @Fran since its the second time, Im mighty curious why its happening persistently? Is it mass reporting? What can I do to ensure it does not happen a third time?
