My trailer is not successfully uploading via the scorecard
I have tried several times on my computer, using both Edge and Chrome. After reading some other posts, I tried on my Android smartphone.
It successfully uploads, however when it processes, all attempts have the same error message - There was a problem handling your video file. We recommend you delete this video and try your upload again.
3.16GB, mov file.
Would any community members be able to provide me with some ideas of how to get around this problem.

Hi @MatthewThorne -
There are a number of situations which could cause your video upload to fail.
First, confirm that you've filled out all the required fields to enable the upload button. If your submission failed during the upload, check your internet connection. Our upload process contains robust error and retry functionality, but unstable internet connections can cause problems. If you are using wireless, switch to a hard line. If your computer has a sleep mode, please turn it off. Additionally your ISP may be having temporary issues, trying again later may resolve the problem. Finally, make sure your browser is up to date. Using an older browser may result in upload issues.
Additionally, please also ensure that your Video File meets our Recommended Video Settings:
File Size: Up to 10 GB
Length: From trailers and clips to full length feature films
Quality: From standard to full HD 1080p
File Format: Most major formats such as WMV, AVI and Quicktime. IMDb does not support ProRes file formats. IMDb also accepts most major codecs but recommends H.264 for optimal results.
Pleas try again with the above in mind, if you continue to experience problems with your upload let us know!

Hi @MatthewThorne -
Our tech team reviewed the video file and confirmed it is failing to be handled because it is using the Apple ProRes codec. As outlined on the contribute page under our Recommended Video Settings, IMDb does not support ProRes files. We recommend that the video be retranscoded using the H.264 codec for optimal results.
Once you retranscode the video as mentioned above, I encourage you to try again and it should process correctly.
