My submissions keep getting denied

An IMDb customer service will be better able to assist you if you provide the 18-digit reference number of the most recent declined submission of yours concerning this filmography addition. The evidence you've provided is fine and, to a degree, necessary, but it would be best supplemented with a screenshot of the scene in which the character you've portrayed in the pertinent episode appears, or at the very least the notification of the corresponding point in the running time of the episode. If you're nowhere to be found at all in the content of the show then the IMDb data editors should decline to accept the filmography item in question. Otherwise, there may be no merit in declining the item, but patience is the key here.

IMDb only accepts background/extra as valid cast credits if they appear in the actual credits. I've asked before where uncredited background/extras go but have not got a satisfactory answer.

• We will accept "background" or "extra" if that's how the credit appears on screen, but "background", "extra" or "bit-part" will not be accepted as a character name on the title if the role does not receive an on-screen credit. If that is the case the character name should include a description of the part - Woman with Dog, for instance - and (uncredited) in the 'attribute' box. But see below - they must be recognizable.

Thanks all for your suggestions. I will add screenshots! This is just very different from the policies that were in place over a decade ago when I first started having background credits. It's kind of sad how things have become.

The problem I'm still having is that there is no spot on the initial submission to include all of this evidence, which could have circumvented this problem entirely.

Regarding your updates:

#210206-223629-334408: Unfortunately, this credit is not eligible as your role is background and you are not recognizable on-screen.

#210206-225218-736108 and #210206-223134-726808: these episode cast credits have now been approved and should be listed live on the site shortly.
