Solved

My submission got declined twice, but it shouldn't have been the second time

Hello,

I have submitted a contribution in the Editorial Department section of a title. I credited myself as the trailer editor, since I did edit the trailer of the title in question.

The first time my submission got declined, because I forgot to attach evidence of my name being shown in the credits. Fair enough, since according to the submission guidelines, this is required for marketing elements of the title.

The second time I attached a screenshot of the credits, where my name is credited under trailer editor. The submission got declined again. This time it shouldn't have been, since I did attach the required evidence.

What should I do? Should I just try again or is there something else that I can do?

Thank you

Hi @juanjuig,

Please can you provide us with the 18-digit submission references for your declined contributions? You can find these in your Contribution History.

Thanks!

Hi @juanjuig,

Thank you for the submission reference.

I have reviewed the contribution and determined it was incorrectly declined due to a processing error. As such I have re-submitted this credit on your behalf and approved it. This update should appear live shortly.

I hope this helps!
