My review isn’t posting

I’ve been trying to post a review but it isn’t posting. I already had a review for the show I want to review but I wanted to write a new one since I’ve watched more seasons and I successfully deleted it. Now I’m trying to post my new review and it’s not posting. The contribution number is #250129-203138-691804. Please help…thanks!
