Hi @julian_rosser -
I reviewed your IMDb account which currently shows 348 User reviews, upon investigating I can see that you actually have 349 live on the site (3 User reviews have been removed). So from what I can see, the volume is off by one, it's possible that the count is slow in updating. I encourage you to keep an eye on your User Review count over the next few days, if the count is still showing 348, let us know and we can investigate further.
