My request to delete an image is being rejected even though i owe the rights.

Hi there,

I need some urgent help.

My request to delete an image (film still) has been rejected twice even though i owe the rights.

The film still depicts an actress whose representation contacted and asked me to remove the image off the film's imdb page or at least to untag her.

Both my requests have been declined:

Contribution Confirmation #260305-141847-275402

Can I anyone advise how to get my request approved and actioned?

I have reviewed the request and the image will not be removed and will remain in the site listed, it is not breaching our Images guidelines, we only remove images when they breach our policies.

@Fran sorry but that's not good enough. I need that image completely removed please.

At the bare minimum I want the actress to be untagged.

If filmmakers can upload images that you approved, but any request to remove images is being rejected - what's the point of using imdb?

The request is not valid in this case. As mentioned in the Guidelines:

Deleting Name TagsIMDb does not delete accurate information and this includes tags to names or titles on images (even at the request of a person tagged). If you have an IMDbPro account you can choose and upload images that will appear in your gallery before any other image attached to your page.
