My request to delete an image is being rejected even though i owe the rights.

At the bare minimum I want the actress to be untagged. 

If filmmakers can upload images that you approved, but any request to remove images is being rejected - what's the point of using imdb?

The request is not valid in this case. As mentioned in the Guidelines:

Deleting Name TagsIMDb does not delete accurate information and this includes tags to names or titles on images (even at the request of a person tagged). If you have an IMDbPro account you can choose and upload images that will appear in your gallery before any other image attached to your page.

Sorry that's not good enough of support. I need you to at least untag the actress on the image as previously stated, her representation and her want to distance themselves from the project. 

I can see that I am not the only who had issues in the past getting images removed and the image was in the end removed:

I'd escalate this further. Please provide me with a contact of someone who can authorise my request.
