My professional name is one word and it keeps getting rejected

It looks like they finally made the name change but preserved former credits as 'B. Slade' (with a space). Is there a world where they can display properly everywhere for all references and that they remove the incorrect spelling from the Alternative Name section. That incorrect spelling is not an alternative name.

The alternative name has been corrected on the credits. If you however, need to further correct them, you can submit a correction to the credits on the contribution form.
