Solved

My poster image won't update

I added the official poster for Good Girl Jane, a film I am a producer on, and we are trying to get the poster to become the main image. But the production still that we added (before we had an official poster) is still set as the main image. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the main page image to be the movie's official poster, rather than the production still. I've tried several different versions of submitting changes, and all are either rejected or lost in the ether.

Hi @brockawilliams,

Can you confirm whether you have followed the guidance in our Help article to achieve this? If so, please provide us with your recent submission references, so we can look into why they may have been declined.

Thanks!

Thanks. I had tried to follow the instructions in that video before, but when I go to the main page for the film, there is no button that says "see all photos" like the one shown in the video. Here is the page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15427340/?ref_=tt_mv_close

But I just had the idea to copy and paste the URL info (in the sample "media gallery" in the article, I noticed that after the title the URL says /mediaindex, so I copied and pasted that after my film's title in the URL). I was finally able to find the media gallery this way, and I just suggested the new poster become the main image. I'm still not sure why the media gallery isn't accessible from the film's page, but I was able to at least hopefully solve my current issue. Thanks for your help.

@brockawilliams Hi! It has changed since the video, we will send feedback to have it updated, as of now when you open one of the pictures, next to the number of picture you are seeing you will see this logo which will open the gallery:

Cheers!
