my friend doubt awards not showing

hi. this is the second time this has happened. my awards for my movie, THROUGH OPEN DOORS, never posted and now my awards, that were carefully submitted for MY FRIEND DOUBT also don't appear. The award information was submitted (carefully) in mid-September. Please advise.
