My daughter's picture and name are not showing up...

My daughter was an extra in the, Are You There, It's Me Margaret movie. I submitted her information and it was accepted, however, she does not show up under the cast. When I try to add her, again, it says she's already a part of the cast

Hi Bkeaton07-

After doing some further investigation, I can see that yes the submission was approved and there was another submission that was sent with a correction, however, (played an extra) is not a valid attribute.

Now, the reason why the credit is not visible is because it is an 'uncredited' role. Our display logic requires at least one fully 'credited' listing on the name page before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible.

Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear.

I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible.

For more detailed information, I encourage you to review our following Help Guide.

Cheers!

Note this from the guide:

”The following are likely to be discarded:

  • Uncredited submissions with an empty character field or with descriptions such as "lead", "supporting", "background, "extra", "featured". If that's the case, the character name should include a description of the part - Woman with Dog, for instance - and (uncredited) in the 'attribute' box.”
