My credits have been rejected - no explanation
First, I added two new credits to my page, for which I was sent tracking references:
#240918-144953-796000
#240918-145108-550000
When I checked on their progress, they had been declined - no reason given.
I then added both again, including proof (uploaded my crew contract in each case). This was yesterday (23 September 2024).
I have not received a tracking reference for either of these contributions, and the updates are not showing on my page https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm1839704/credits.
Please can you help me?

Hi @nataliechowe,
Your credits were declined because they need to be added to the individual episodes you were credited on, as per our Episodic credit guidelines. Please re-submit your credits following the guidance, and you will should face no issues having them approved. You can track your submissions in your Contribution History.
