My credit on on a TV show has been declined several times - I have proof.

Hello, I have submitted my acting credit numerous times for the show "The shrink Next door". It keeps getting declined. The message is "unable to verify". I have proof. (see attached). The explain box doesn't allow screenshots, does it? Anyway, I am posting them here for proof. Also, The show was under another title (Easy Mark) but the show is Listed on imdbpro as "The Shrink Next door". I play Videographer. I've attached: Offer email. Sign out sheet on the day. and the screenplay that has my name listed in the credits. Thank you!
