My credit keeps getting rejected

The long reference number did not appear when I uploaded evidence so I did not do these steps.

Copy the long reference number that appearsPaste the number into the explanation field of your submission

I submitted anyway, how do I know if the evidence uploaded. Thanks again.

I can see that your latest submission did contain the evidence you uploaded. However your contribution was declined again as our team could not verify the character name you were adding, and as there was no evidence provided of how you're credited on-screen for this title, the submission was declined as badly formatted. 

If you are not credited on-screen for this production, you will need to add the "uncredited" attribute when re-submitting.

@Ozzy​ I have tried uploading my contract with character name 3 times and it says there are 4 attachments on that submission, I added the pay stub as extra but I guess thats the only attachment that went through. I have just tried again, are you able to check for me now? I am definitely credited.
