My correction of data has been declined and I can't find where to attach proof

I'm a dealer in vintage memorabilia, and have occasionally made corrections to the database in the past, usually regarding the release dates of movies in the UK, based on items which have come into my hands. Last week I found a rare brochure for the first run in London of the movie "Havoc" in 1925, proving that the UK release date on IMDb was wrong.  Very wrong.  I submitted the information. I've now been told that my contribution has been declined. OK, I'm not impressed, as I really wouldn't lie about such a thing, but the message from IMDb says that I can submit proof, and yes, I'd like to do that, sending in a scan of the page in the brochure which gives the release date in London,  because despite the snub I think we should all do what we can to keep published data online correct. The message I got from from IMDb says I should "re-load the submission reference and tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”".  But on the submission reference page there is no such box to tick.  I've word-searched the page for the word "provide" and it just isn't there. So how do I send in the scans I've made? Do I have to wait until 14 days have elapsed, even though my submission has been declined?  IMDb are really not making it easy to assist.
