My contribution was rejected but I am not sure why
I added a goof (factual error) to an episode of NCIS: Hawaii.
This is the reference number: 221124-191325-905000
It concerns the mistaken belief that the "Monopoly Man" has a monocle.
It was rejected with the message "We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided."
However, I did add an explanation about it.
What am I missing?

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! I have reviewed it and the reason why it was rejected it's because our editors were unable to verify the information mentioned on the goof within the episode.
In order to verify, please submit the exact timestamp of where this happens and we can take a look.

Seems I was even dumber.
I accidentally posted it on NCIS: Hawaii instead of NCIS (They are running in parallel).
I'll repost it there with all the extra info
