I consider the reason given truly strange. Please, I have a lot of accepted plot outlines and moreover, I consider it completely wrong to discard a contribution, when you are unable to provide a single substantial reason for rejection, claiming that you are incapable of verifying whether the contribution adheres to the plot or not.
