My Cinematography Credit for "Until Forever" (2022) keeps getting declined w/o specific reason

Hi IMDB,

I have to reach back and figure out why a cinematography credit that I have submitted 3 times, for a film I worked on, that clearly lists me in the credits has been declined 4 times now, despite numerous and vigorous documentation and supporting evidence for these. While the Director did decline to utilize us for the remaining 20 pages of the film due to the pandemic and Covid related issues, the footage I shot and handled as Director of Photography still remains in use, thereby making me one of the Director's of Photography, either uncredited or not...I am baffled why this keeps getting declined.

Can someone please help me handle this issue so it can stop being removed, either by the Director or whomever or the system if it's a something automated? Thank you very much.

Hello Lucid_Images,

Thanks for posting the submission number! I can confirm that the credit for "Until Forever" is already live on the site.

Cheers!

@Fran Hey Fran! Thanks for the feedback. I've noticed this a few times...it will post, remain there for a day or two, then I'll check back after about a week and it will drop with the "No specified Reason" error for declination. Is that someone else manually requiring approval on their end or is it potentially a system error? I just posted the update again today -- #220909-161715-137000. SO I guess we'll see if it sticks. IF not, I'll comment back. Thanks!

Hello Lucid_Images,

I have checked and can confirm that the credit has been reported as not valid, in this case for us to verify the credit, we will need a screengrab for the end credits showing the "Director of photography" credit on screen. This is why is being removed, because the credit could not be verified. Are you able to provide a screengrab from the end credits showing the credit?

Hey @Fran thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly...Really appreciate that.

I have a screengrab here from the billing block on the trailer (film isn't officially released yet), additionally have call sheet, studiobinder project file, and the receipt for the invoice.
