My child's IMDB page has missing photos and credits
My child's IMDB page that she has had since 2021 has lost all data. When her page is searched, it just has her name. Her account used to have photos, credits and representation. I have tried everything to fix it. If I try to resubmit her credits, it says she is already part of the cast- but these credits do not appear on her profile or on the movie pages anymore. What happened to her page?

My daughter had a complete IMDB page. She is only 7, so it was limited but all entries had been approved by IMDB and were listed on her page for the last 2 years. About 3 months ago, most data on her page disappeared. All that remains is her name and the column that says "shared connections". I have tried to correct her credits and even add them again, but the prompt tells me that she is already part of the cast and that the request is denied. I'm baffled as to how to get it fixed.

Debbie: Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 230123-123456-789000.)
In particular, please make sure to include your daughter's name, a link to her IMDb page, and the titles/credits that are missing from her page for which you got the message that she is already listed in the cast.
