My age rating edits were rejected despite providing evidence

I was editing the parental guide for Dan Da Dan since it had a lot of incorrect age ratings, one that even contradicted a pre-existing age. I even provided evidence for some of them, while others I had to say that there was zero evidence for them, and they still got rejected. I'm not sure what else there is to prove.

Hi @jaloft,

Thank you for your problem report.

Please could you provide us with the 18-digit submission references for these declined contributions? You will find them in your Contribution History. We can look into why they were declined, and help further.

Cheers!

@jaloft Hi! The certificates can't be deleted, if they are wrong, they need to be replaced with the correct ones with links for evidence.

Thanks!

@Bethanny Are you sure that certificates can't be deleted for being wrong? I had it done a few times in the past, and one of the wrong certificates conflict with an already present rating.

Hello jaloft,

As mentioned you have to submit a correction for the certificates listed instead of removing the items. The deletion you provided does not have valid evidence attached.
