My account was updated and all my ratings are gone. HELP!
I created the account I'm on in 2007 under the name MSFlymens. When Amazon acquired IMDB, something must have happened and I lost my ratings. The IMDB account I am usingg now has the same date of creation as my old account, which leads me to believe that the account may have been updated.
How do I get my ratings back?

Honestly, if the account creation date still matches your original 2007 account, there’s a decent chance the ratings data is still tied somewhere in the backend and didn’t fully transfer/display correctly after account changes or Amazon integration updates.
I’d definitely contact IMDb support directly and mention:
your old username
the original creation year
that the current account still shows the same creation date
approximately how many ratings were lost
Old account migrations and profile merges can sometimes create weird sync issues where the account exists but the associated data doesn’t display properly anymore.
