Multiple pages for my credits / wanting to have them appear in just one listing page

Hi there,

I'm sure this is a question that's been asked many times, but I recently joined IMDB Pro and have found that my existing credits on IMDb show up separately, on separate pages, with different numbers after my name. Ie. (1) thru (V)

I want to have all my credits appear on my name page, and I should only have one page in IMDB. Can you help me please?

Peter Hays - Additional Crew, Liquidator (2012 - 2013)

Peter Hays - Director, Whatever Happened To? (2006-2010)

Peter Hays  - Writer, Ice Pilots NWT (2013)

Peter Hays - Additional Crew, In Plain Sight (2019)

Peter Hays - Producer, In Plain Sight (2018-2019).

Also I have a new feature documentary film, Flashback:

Peter Hays - Writer, Flashback

Peter Hays - Director, Flashback

Peter Hays - Producer, Flashback

thanks,

Peter

Hi @PeterH,

Please refer to our Help article for guidance on how to merge your IMDb pages into one. We also recommend claiming your page once you've completed the name merge.

Let us know if you encounter any issues doing this.

Cheers!

Thanks Ozzy, that is super helpful. I have gone through and done the 'merge credits' filings for all the shows I could find. Now I'm waiting approval from your staff.

Now I have another question: my company (me) made a feature documentary film this year, called Flashback.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33341149/?ref_=fn_al_tt_16

Someone (I don't know who) listed the film on IMDB, putting in a lot of errors. I have made amendments to these credits and am also awaiting approval on the changes from someone at IMDB.

My question is: the film was listed (by this person) as 'Flashback'. Which is technically correct however there are many projects called Flashback.

Now I see it some up as Flashback (XIII)

And I see now that there is a limited TV series called Flashback (2024) - which would be my first choice for the title.

How can I rename my film so it is, for example:

Flashback (2024) film

?

thanks Ozzy!

@PeterH Hi! You  would need to add a release date so it has title year.

Cheers!

Thanks Betthany! Very helpful!

Now I am trying to merge various pages with my name on them  (ie. Peter Hays (V) etc.) and I want to add a picture to the one page I am merging them into - Peter Hays (I) -- since there is already an actor called Peter Hays who is not me --

how do I do this please?

thanks again!

@PeterH Hi!

Only IMDbPro members with a paid subscription can add and images to their name page.

Thanks Bethanny, yes I am a paid IMDB Pro member. I figured out how to add photos.

I have another question for you: Flashback has been selected to be in a number of film festivals, and we have won an award and hope to win more. How do I display the festival selection laurels and awards on the Flashback IMDB listing please? Thanks again! - Peter

@Fran Hi Fran, I have another question for you:

I have been cleaning up my listings (Peter Hays (I) - to Peter Hays (IX) on IMDB, and consolidating everything into Peter Hays (I).

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1084035/?ref_=ra_gb_ln

It now appears that there is no 'Peter Hays' (without a Roman numeral after their name).

I am an IMDB Pro member btw.

Can I move my page and all my credits to 'Peter Hays' (without the numeral?)?

Thanks!

I can see still three name pages under "Peter Hays" (https://www.imdb.com/find/?q=peter%20hays&s=nm&exact=true&ref_=fn_nm_ex).

Is this one yours https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1084035/?ref_=fn_nm_nm_3?

You can merge the remaining pages under yours, when merged there will be only one "Peter Hays" (without a Roman numeral after their name).
