Multiple contribution denial for Fallout TV series episode "Demon in the Snow"

I'm wanting to know why almost all of my trivia submissions for the latest Fallout TV series episode 2x04 "Demon in the Snow" have been denied? Their tracking numbers are #260109-103920-934000, #260109-111357-357000 and #260109-101812-589000. It's just giving me the generic "this was denied because of bad formatting" reason. The items I've submitted are about things shown in the episode and their connection to the games, and the backstory of certain events from the games that play a part in the series, I think it's especially helpful for those who are watching this and haven't played the games. I've done trivia items just like these for previous episodes that were all approved, and more importantly I've been an IMDb member for over 20 years now and I've made over 10,000 trivia/goof submissions so I'm quite familiar with how to format them. I'm just confused why these were all denied.
