Multiple Acting and TV episode Credit submissions declined with extensive proof submitted.

Hi there! I hope you're so well and having an awesome week! I'm wondering if anyone would be able to please assist me? I am a cast member of a TV show that currently doesn't have the season's that I was in loaded onto the official show's page. I have tried multiple times to submit the episodes that I was in onto the IMDB pro system, as well as the acting credits along with it, but unfortunately each attempt has been declined even though we have submitted extensive proof including callsheet's, and screen shots of my name in the billing. Would anyone be able to please share any help and/or guidance?
