MPA Certificate Not Displayed on Title's Main Page

THE ISSUE: The following titles have an MPA rating and description listed on its "parents guide" page and they are not being pulled into the title’s main page:

WHY THIS IS HAPPENING: Only the first US certificate listed on a title’s “parents guide” page will be pulled into the main page of the title. However, this is only true if the certificate attribute is formatted correctly; it must be formatted like the following: (certificate #55189). The certificate for these titles are not formatted correctly, therefore, they are not getting pulled into the title’s main page.

HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE: I have submitted the 2 updates below to correct the format of the certificates but both of them were rejected. Is there someone that can assist in getting these updates approved so that this issue can be resolved? If not, does anyone have a solution to resolving this issue?
