It doesn't appear to be the same thing as the names attached are different.

Thank you for the links! However, further reviewing, these are not the same titles. Yes, the in-dev title has the name of 'American Apocalypse' but the title is not the same as Refuge (2021). We will keep the listing of the in-dev title as we have it.
