Movie is available to watch on Prime Video but not open for IMDb rating voting.
For some reason the movie, The Last Manhunt https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11399896/?ref_=wl_li_tt is not open for voting and has been released. (I have watched it.) Is this just an oversight or is there an actual reason?

A release date was never added and as such it won't be open for rating until an official release date is added..

I've submitted the release date. Once accepted, the ability to rate will appear.
