Miyamoto Musashi at Toei

I recently redid all the credits for the five Miyamoto Musashi film by Uchida, as earlier this year they were finally released on BD through new restorations. An HD source, as usual, makes the credits more easily readable as well. I remember I did some of these in the DVD era, but as sometimes happens, with an SD source you can't read that well some ideograms, so you can make a few mistakes. Some credits, instead, were made using not the actual credits but JMDb database, in fact some data were wrong. Anyway, I re-checked all of them and basically all of the contributions were accepted. Except for some instances (see under "declined"):

In some cases, I also attached proofs. They were declined. If the staff can't read Japanese, it's not my fault. I mean... what other proof can I give???
