Missing Ratings

Hi!

I have been posting ratings on IMDb for eons, yet only 146 ratings actually show up now.

Where did those few thousand go?

Needless to say, I am extremely angry that they are gone because I use those ratings in my podcast and to also track what I have and have not scene.

I would appreciate any help in getting them back, if that's even possible.

While you are waiting for a staff response, did you try clearing your cookies and cache for IMDb and then log back in to see if that restores your data?

We can't see any deleted ratings on your profile. Just to confirm, is there a possibility you have more thank 1 account? maybe one with the email and another one where you logged in with Facebook or Amazon?

You can't actually integrate both accounts, but my colleagues can probably help you recover the account with the old email so you can access it and recover the more than 1k ratings. For this please contact us through our contact form, you may explain the situation and link to this thread.

However, every time I try to click on "E-mail" under "How would you like to contact us?" it is grayed out and won't work.
