Missing credit on a page

I added a credit for my friend who is in Hocus Pocus 2. It’s not on the movie page or as a credit on her page but it won’t let me add it saying it is already there, it’s not. Her name is Mikayla Vertefeuille and she plays “Attractive Mary Sanderson and her required documents were submitted.
