Missing Company Page Credits

Our company page had already included the projects we completed over the past 16 years. However, when we recently accessed the page, we found that all of them had disappeared. In addition, my colleague added at least 10 projects yesterday, but currently only one is showing on our company page.

I don’t understand why such an issue would occur after we have been a Pro member for so long, with all of our data seemingly lost. Yesterday, we left a message through the Help interface and also sent an email, but we have not received any response so far.

@CeciliaWu123_​ - Thank you for posting the link! Further checking, we see the following company credits on this page. We are unable to replicate your issue of just seeing one credit.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? 

Further checking as well, we can see that there are pending submissions that are still being processed and will be reviewed accordingly.

Thanks. Please find attached a screengrab of the previously displayed results; no credits were shown.

The IMDb support team has informed us that multiple credits were removed following requests submitted from this account, with the comment: “The authorization period has expired.” This would explain the missing credits from our company.

We have conducted an internal review and can confirm that no one on our team has submitted any requests to delete credits with that comment. Could you please check this as well?

Thank you.Could you please advise on what may have caused this issue?We will need to restore these credits individually, which will require a considerable amount of work on our end.

This was a process error in our side, as mentioned by Maya, further actions have been taken to prevent further incorrect removals. 

The titles must be back i the site, I can see that it showed 58 titles and now it shows 80 credits, are there missing ones?
