Missing Awards Citations

Back in June, I submitted 2 separate requests to add film festival official participant nominations to a film title. I included links to each festival's programming listings as proof. Both festivals have updated their pages to include 2026 nominees and winners. As of this writing, neither of these nominations have been added to the "Awards" section of the film's IMDb page. How can I find out why ?
