Misleading IMDB profile needs to be deleted

A misleading IMDB profile with a fake project for credits was created for myself, as I have nothing to do with the film, television or media industry.

This is likely the result of PR activities gone wrong with one of the several freelancers I had hired in the past. 

As someone from Tech industry, this profile is now showing up on google search results and hurting my personal brand. 

Please guide how to delete/remove it.

As anyone can see by closely observing this profile, there are no projects I was part of/received credit for. 

Ideally, IMDB editors should have proactively flagged & removed it themselves by now.
