Mini bio and photo doesn’t show up in Cecília Penteado’s IMDB page, though it was accepted and later corrected in its English version. The only information that is given, is the place and date of birth.

in the Portuguese version are available in the profile page only. Can I have an explanation, please?

The Portuguese version and some other languages always display auto-generated biographies instead of manually written English biographies.
In your case, the birth data is apparently the only data included in the automated bio.
