Merging two companies

I need to merge my two company pages. One is under Screenwise and the other is under Screenwise Film & Television School. The correct company is Screenwise Film & Television School. I have been trying to merge them but I’ve tried and tried but finding it impossible.  It’s very confusing because they both share some of the projects. I’d like them all on one Screenwise Film & Television School. Every time I try to merge o get an error saying the names are the same. And it won’t let me submit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
