Merging titles is partially accepted

Hi

there are two titles which are duplicates:

1. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt22756220/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt

2. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt22770366/?ref_=tt_ov_inf

Per the instructions here I started merging the episodes first, however though most of the changes were accepted withing 24 hours two episodes were not merged.

I don't have a tracking number because your website doesn't provide one for this change. Is there a conflict I can help resolve?
