Merging Accounts that represent the same person: myself

Hello, I am both these people. Is there a way to merge these two accounts together and to have access to them? They were created by someone else, so I do not have access to them, and the difference between y and e caused them to be seperate. I'm known as Hady Abou Ghazale.

Any idea how to resolve this issue? and to have access to this?
