merge not found

Hello, 

So a friend of mine created a page for a film with the wrong data https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12683280/, I tried to merge it with the right one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27788950/?ref_=ra_sb_ln , but I didn't find the merge option in the wrong page, Am sure it is the same film but with wrong name and production year, so either I merge or delete the wrong page but neither is available, what should I do?
