Mean trademarks being added to my IMDb profile

Hello,

Mean "trademarks" keep being added to my IMDB profile. The first one said I had a wart on my face and now it says I have a hunchback. I believe it's an disgruntled coworker, is there a way to know who is adding these to my profile? This is turning into harassement and I would like to know. 

Also is there a way to lock my profile from trademarks being added, and also have this removed?
