May we please add a custom comment writing option for editors?

I think it's time to give editors a better reason for rejecting our submissions. I think "Unable to Verify" is a vague example and I think the editors should give us a more in-depth reason by writing an extended comment in the blank box for them to write. Being unable to verify is a not good enough excuse for rejection if you ask me. Especially if we give them links to help verify the information.
