Mass deletion/arguable vandalism of images on a title.
Most of my edits are on UK 70s/80s TV titles, as it's frequently the titles that are least updated.
This past week I've been working on The Sweeney: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071059/reference/
I've added the ratings in trivia for each episode, and corrected all of the episode durations, some of which were incorrect by over 20 minutes(!!)
When I started on the title there were a lot of very poor, low-res images on the site that were oversaturated/looked like they were taken from low grade VHS/shot from a TV screen, etc. I got them removed, usually by replacing them with screenshots from the DVDs, or, in the case of the first season, the BluRay.
I also had the episode title screen as a thumbnail for each episode.
I was aware over the week that someone else was coincidentally also adding images to the title, which were of a pretty good quality. It's rare to be simo-editing a title that's nearly 50 years old, but there you are.
Last night I was about to add more images, only to find that every single one I'd submitted over the past week has been deleted. What is left are the new submitter's uploads, which means that each episode now has just indiscriminate thumbnails, some of which don't look aesthetically pleasing when viewed as a page:

Hi @MovieCat -
Thanks for your report and sharing these observations. I filed a ticket (#P94322630) for the appropriate team to investigate the removed images and potential vandalism/sabotage. As soon as we have an update on the status we will post the information here.
