Manipulated Ratings?

Hi, I'm a filmmaker whose film's rating seem to be highly manipulated. Every time the film gets a good rating, the next day it is countered with a low rating. The film is on Amazon Prime, so I know how many people have watched it.

Is there anything that can be done to investigate if the low ratings are indeed legit?

If you notice the "More like this," recommendations have a similar pattern, all 1 star ratings and all these films were made in New Mexico. I'm guessing it's the same people or persons doing this.

These are all NM made films, this seems very strange that they've all received som may 1 star ratings. These films have won awards, my film included.

Wanted to forward these to whomever is looking into this.

Concerning the votes on the original title you reported for "Pareidolia", I can confirm that this ticket is still open and pending investigation.

I was wondering if the original ticket was still open and what, if anything, has transpired with it? It seems like an excessive amount of 1 star ratings, I don't even have that amount of views from the film on Amazon. Something fishy here for sure.
