Making confirmation email into a faithful record of what was submitted - for ease of checking

Would it be possible at some stage to review the code that generates the confirmation email for each submission so as to correct the cases where important information is omitted from the email. Examples are:

Prod/Misc Companies: Company name and attribute are listed, but credit order is omitted.

Series-level Cast-Complete or Cast-Verify on multiple episodes: Status (complete/verify) is listed, but corresponding episode numbers are omitted.

There may be other cases, but these are the ones I've noticed as I've been submitting. Maybe other people can add their own examples to this thread.

The email should be a complete and accurate record of what was submitted so this can be checked against the actual on-line listing a few days after submission, to check that everything has been processed correctly.

The entry in updates/history cannot be used because once the submission has been processed this listing loses all or most of the data that was submitted.
