Making an unbroadcast pilot voteable?
An unbroadcast pilot from a mediocre sitcom isn't voteable because it has no date against it: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt28639007/reference/
I've added a submission for it to go as "1986" under the reason "produced in". To back this up, I've uploaded a screenshot of the end credits: https://ibb.co/Qj8Zf6J
However, it's been rejected, latest under #230815-223312-664000
Is there a way round this?

When and how did it become available?
If this isn't known, or if it is only available through unofficial sources, then I don't think you should add a release date, but I don't know if there is anything IMDb can do to attach a year to the episode or make it possible to rate it.
