Making a Department Title more prominent

Hello, I have been working in the film / TV industry for 20 years and have 35 credits as but my more senior credits (which I have less off) sometime aren't shown on my IMDB unless you specifically select that department. For instance my 2 Producer credits aren't shown unless you select the hidden Producer tab - how do I change this so this is the first box that is on my imdb page? Also how do you link any awards your film has won or been nominated for?
