Making a consistent sharacter name for a small series

I was in a little Indie series: "Street Stories".  The first credit is a description: "Cherry's Mom".  The next two episodes read the character's name "Rose Berry".  It bothers me that they are inconsistent. I have tried to make them all Rose Berry.

First I went in to alter the title as if I were the Producer, who didn't mind, years ago when I saw it.   I was told I couldn't do that.

Today I came across an editing that I could myself wherein I removed some stray "self" and "thanks" credits that are superfluous.  There was a box that lured me through the process to change this again..... and, once again, "nope".

They say, 3rd time is the charm.  I hope someone can assist with this as it's beyond my capability.

Tried to post this, then I found myself submitting through "sprinkler" ? something I have not signed up for.  It gave me a username I didn't want.  I proceed to login what I wanted to use as a password.  Now, it won't recognize anything... :(  I don't know how I can  reach you, but if I do, can you please take this Sprinkler off the a/c?  Maybe I can start again, but it seems like an unnecessary encumbrance at this point.  Again, grateful!

We list credits as they are on-screen. If on-screen they were listed first as Cherry's Mom and then as Rose Berry we need to keep them as is.
