Made final cut for episode of Essex County but not in end credits or on IMDB

@VonPunk​ any way you can fix this back?   Her star meter was 62,142 this week but now it’s whatever the duplicate page was?  Also the Essex county production said they would be adding her credit.  Please advice ASAP 

@VonPunk can you please let me know ASAP?   I was aware of the two pages and one was in error.    The first page should have been merged into the second, keeping the star meter information intact being 62,142.   Now it’s 10,000,000.  Can you please respond ASAP??  I would appreciate this being corrected right away.  As well as you can remove the uncredited as production is fixing.  Thank you.   

@CynthiaGillis​ Page should update itself after awhile but if it doesn't and the video's aren't back after 24 hours, let staff know and they'll look into it.

Also IMDb credits only reflect the first airing of the cast credits which are verified complete and no future corrections to later versions will be allowed to be added I'm afraid.

@VonPunk​ we’ve spoken with the executive producer who acknowledged the error and is submitting to IMDb to have her credit added.  I’m not worried about this. 

can you confirm the star meter will be adjusted?

The STARmeter ranking is based on several statistical indicators including the frequency and number of people who view an individual's IMDb page.

The STARmeter ranking can change week over week based on this. When statistical calculations are performed on such a large sample of data, even small variations in popularity can produce significant changes in rank. When an individual is very popular, the average interest of users over time remains fairly constant. With less popular names, it's more common to have sudden and sharp increases or decreases in the number of people who visit their page or see their filmography credits.

It is not related with the merge of the name pages.

Regarding the credit as @VonPunk kindly explained IMDb credits only reflect the first airing of the cast credits which are verified complete and no future corrections to later versions will be allowed to be added.

@Bethanny hi!  What I’m saying is the page that had no info on has the star meter of 10,000,000.  The page that had Jordyns info on had a star meter of 62,142 this week as per the attached photo. @VonPunk  merged the pages without consulting this to be done and now the only remaining page has the star meter at 10,000,000!  This is quite frustrating.   As well, as mentioned, the executive producer of Essex County acknowledged the error in omitting Jordyn from the end credits and will rectify this to have her properly credited in IMDb.  

I would like to have the star meter corrected to reflect the proper page that Jordyn was being viewed on and all her information was on.  The other page was completely blank.  

@Bethanny if you review both pages you will see what I mean.  Kindly unmerge if possible as this was never requested and has now made a large mess of her account 

@CynthiaGillis​ Pages can't be unmerged, and process done was correct as when there are multiple pages for one person they need to be merged to avoid duplication on the site.

@Bethanny​ it was not done correctly as there were two different email addresses associated with the two accounts and the incorrect page was merged.  It should have been Jordyn Gillis (I) merged into Jordyn Gillis (II) if it had to be done as there was absolutely no information associated with the Jordyn Gillis (I) profile.  No photos, information anything, hence the very low star meter.  By merging incorrectly, you have affected my billing, account email associated and my daughter star meter 

@CynthiaGillis​ I did merge (I) into (II), the merge was done correctly, I've performed well over a thousand merges (only 1 page per person is allowed), all site guidelines were followed to correct the database. I believe @Bethanny has answered all other questions perfectly so I'll add nothing extra there. Please allow time for the page to update itself fully and if something is still missing after a couple of days, report back so it can be looked into. Thanks. 

@CynthiaGillis​ I believe you might be a little confused. You may visit our help guides to understand the email does not change and billing should not be affected as an account is not the same as a name page, also it was merged into Jordyn Gillis (I) because we keep the lowest roman numeral. You may contact us if pictures, videos or anything else is not updated and star meters are constantly changing as mentioned and explained previously.
