Lowercase title formatting error

Hello. I have four short films that are stylized in full lowercase, and only one of them was able to be uploaded to IMDb in the correct way, the other three capitalized themselves after submission. I have attempted multiple title corrections only for them all to be denied. Reference numbers: 210602-201317-372000, 210602-201409-730000 & 230714-170927-854000. The titles of all of these films should be in lowercase as they are presented within the films themselves.

Hi @carterhaskins,

Thank you for your problem report.

It is against our title formatting policies for a title not to display in title capitalization. Therefore, your titles have been amended to display in accordance with this policy and this is why your correction attempts will have been declined.

@Ozzy I see that but doesn't it also say that titles should appear as they do within the film/title card?

Hi @carterhaskins -

To clarify, our title formatting guidelines supersede what is seen on the title card. So for example, the title card for the film Home Alone reads: "HOME ALONe" but as per our formatting rules, we display it as "Home Alone".
